1. Learn lots about the interviewee, by asking where they are from, what they do in their free time, and stuff about their families.
2. Find out something that no one else knows about, that makes them interesting, unique, or who they really are.
3. Find out some fun facts about where they lived and what different from there to here.
4. Let them be interactive in the interview by asking questions and giving them answers.
5. Learn about their history and culture, and what makes them different from all the other countries.

Please drop the idea of unearthing a secret. Keep things on the surface, predictable, and real. Please look at Nathan's objectives for a clear list, Maria's for thoughtful language, and Mohammed's and Maddy's for post-production.

Letting them be interactive is a good idea. It would make the interview more comfortable and at ease. Its good to learn a lot about their culture also.
ReplyDeleteI would add more objectives it will help you stay on task and have a good plan to follow.
ReplyDeleteThe new objectives seem well written, i think it will be hard to find out something that no one else knows. I think it may be a good idea to get rid of that one.You may also want to add some objectives about before and after the interview.
ReplyDeleteYou have good objectives but you need to add some objectives how to do the interview and what to do after the interview.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see more on what you will to prepare yourself for the interview, and what you need to do post interview.
ReplyDeleteIt would be good to have already a background in the history of their culture in order to ask good questions.
ReplyDeleteDetails about before and after the interviews what you should do. May be just add your objectives step by step

Try using more descriptive terms, maybe replace "learn lots" with "learn as much as I can" or something like that :) Otherwise grand job! you'll do well
ReplyDeleteI really like number two. This will help you get a more personal idea of who they are.
ReplyDeleteobjectives about how you are going to perform the interview may be helpful. I like that you want to be prepared by knowing about the country of the interviewee.
ReplyDeleteInteraction is an very important part in an interview. This can help us get to know the interviewees much more easily and break the tense atomsphere during the interview.
ReplyDeleteShould add a few more questions about culture.
ReplyDeleteYou seems like you have focused a lot in interviewee that's good.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see that you had more detailed objectives but you really need to work on sentence structure and comma usage.
ReplyDeleteit is very focused and to the point you will do fine, i think.
ReplyDeleteGood work so far, but don't forget to make some objectives for preparing for the interview as well as for the required materials after the interview.
ReplyDeletei like the idea that keep the interviewee being interactive, however you need more work for the preparation before you start interview.
ReplyDeleteThese are good, and I like number 5 the most so that you will be able to compare between your culture and theirs.
ReplyDelete-Mohammed.
you should add more objectives, that will greatly help with the interviews
ReplyDeleteI like your no. 2 too as it will lead other people to know about the interviewee's culture or lifestyle.

need more objectives. More objectives will help your interview out tremendously.
ReplyDeleteI think you might need some details and clear ideas of how you will proceed the interview. Good luck!
